How do you train yourself to eat until you’re genuinely full when there’s a mental block getting in the way? I’m around 6 ft and 165 lbs. I eat at normal times and usually go for big portions. although the portions are big the feeling of fullness is pretty rare for me. When I do get it, it doesn’t last as long as I would like it to before it disappears. When I go get more food because I just I don’t feel full yet I hit a roadblock and don’t feel like eating anymore. What habits or mindset shifts can help me get past that mental barrier? If anyone needs more details or anything please ask as I really need some input on this.
