I’ve been told I have a certain "goofy charm"—essentially, I’m the guy who’s more adorable and unpretentious than overly serious. My life basically has a constant soundtrack; I’m the guy who hears a song lyric in almost every sentence someone says, and then it’s an earworm in my head for the rest of the day. My tastes are pretty broad, leaning heavily into 80s new wave, punk, ska, goth, and industrial, though I’m not above having Lady Gaga or The Weeknd on my workout mix. I’m a big fan of live music and get out to catch shows and concerts as often as I can—there’s nothing like seeing it in person to keep the soundtrack going.
I’ve had the chance to travel extensively and even lived overseas for a while, which gave me a pretty strong passion for cooking and exploring new cuisines. There are so many great local spots I still want to try for lunch. When I’m not eating or hunting for my next concert, I’m usually keeping up with sports—NFL, hockey, and baseball—or I’m spending some time working on my car.
