15 mg valium 6 hours later 50 mg hydrocodone dangerous, high tolerance to hydrocodone.

I took 15 mgs of Valium this morning and I would like to take 60 mg of hydrocodone in 6 hours is this safe? By the way I have a very high tolerance to hydrocodone.
