I’ve worked with a friend for a while and we’ve never had problems until now. She met a guy at her club who paid to see her outside, and later he asked about a 3way and if she knew another girl, she gave him my info. I added him just to go over boundaries, not to try anything behind her back.
The next day he started asking to see me solo first before we did the 2 girl. She has my location, so there was no way to hide it& so I told her after we made a plan. She completely flipped and started accusing me of trying to take her client, even though I never made first contact, or asked him to meet solo.
What’s bothering me is I’ve sent plenty of clients her way before, and she’s made good money off people I introduced. She’s even met with some of them one on one without including me, and I never made it an issue because that’s just how things go.
I tried explaining that nobody really “owns” a client and they’re going to see who they want anyway, but she wouldn’t listen. Instead, she went and told him not to see me and to only deal with her. That’s when I cussed her out and now we’re not speaking.
At this point I’m done working with her or sending anyone her way. It feels like a slap in the face after all I’ve done for her. I feel like she’s being hypocritical& ungrateful. Has anyone else ran into these problems working w friends before? Please give me some insight on how to navigate this sort of issue.
