High fructose corn syrup sounds really gross to gain on, how is glucose syrup to gain on? It’s an ingredient in a lot of commercial gaining drinks, gaining on hfcs sound gross because of the sugar content and also the taste it would have
And if not either, is their a alternative? I do like heavy whipping cream but also don’t enjoy the idea of putting that much fat in my system
I want to gain consistently, but don’t really see myself gaining on a lot of foods because too many are ones full of fats/cholesterol which I don’t want to put in me. I eat a lot of rice, meat, and veggies but don’t see myself possibly gaining all that fast on these foods
