Is it true that a cold shot can reverse it? What if I took a Benadryl?

Enough said. I’m miserable. Shaking, shivering, sobbing, can’t sleep, can’t get comfortable, etc. and just trying to stay hydrated. I know, it’s my own doing but it doesn’t make it suck any less. I just wish I could tell SOMEONE who wouldn’t judge me, tell anyone else and sit with me until it passes. 🥺 Sorry in advance if this isn’t allowed!
