Let me start by saying I am on a low dose of Adderall for ADHD. I am behind at work and was going to have a super busy day. Didn’t take my Adderall first thing in the morning cause I forgot luckily I wfh. I got this idea or thought that if I doubled up on my Adderall I would be more focused and get more done. What a mistake. Shortly after taking them I was at my desk and going through email I usually work in shorts and a t shirt. I have this thing where I just touch my junk when I am reading emails or not typing and that leads to arousal of course so waiting for some documents to download I whip out my phone cause what’s better to waste time than Reddit porn well that was a bad idea cause the Adderall kicked in while I was scrolling. Next thing you know it’s 6 hours into my work day I am in bed bottoms off going to town sweaty dehydrated and starving cause I lost all track of time due to masturbating as that’s all I could focus on. Needless to say I spent the majority of that work day enjoying myself hyper focused on Reddit porn.
