Does anyone here have an enlarged prostate and still have orgasms? I am 52 enjoy the feelings but haven't reached an orgasm. Anyone have similar experience?

Has anyone tried Pt141. It is a peptide for arousal. I have used it for regular sex and it takes a while (4 hrs) to kick in so I'm not sure about the timing part of it but I am intrigued.
