If I take 10mg of Diazepam I have very little effect but at least it’s very partially working. When I take 15mg I get elevated heart rate for like an hour and it’s just annoying and tiring. It’s happened on multiple occasions and almost every time I do 15mg now.

Can I break this symptom if I do 20/25mg or is there no way to break that paradoxical symptom i’m having? Any advice to quit the heart rate from being tiring/annoying?

background: I do diazepam like once a week, no tolerance each time but I drink a lot.
