May 2018 (2.5 years pre-HRT) to February 2026 (63 months on HRT)
My HRT journey has been long and complicated, as I've turned out to be allergic to the carrier oil for estradiol injections and the adhesives in patches, and bicalutamide nearly killed me. Generally, the last three years have been 6-8 mg sublingual estradiol evenly over the day, 200 mg oral progesterone taken before I sleep, and 200 mg oral spironolactone in the morning.
