Dealing with the backlash

So some may have seen my previous post some may not.

She (24) approached me (42/M) and told me of her feelings. I know her mom so I talked to her mother about it. Respecting your parents and others goes a long way with me. Anyway I live in a rural conservative area in BFE....so I tested the waters today and told my liberal sister about the idea....even shes not supportive in the age gap but understands consenting adults..... how does the masses deal with the future backlash that we will deal with as this is my first age gap relationship. ??

Confused older man...

So the short story is this, I was told by a female (24) that I (42/M) that she was into me and has had a thing for me for several months. I have never been in a age gap relationship.

Now the backstory.

I just got out of a 17 year marriage last year. This woman who's flirting with me is family to my ex stepdaughters. I have always thought she was a cutie but in a nonsexual way.

I am worried about the taboo with exs daughters and what not. Feels creepy but exciting. Here I am shopping for 34-50 year old and this one pops out and says this.

Thoughts? Shes asking me if Im in to her but Im still floored that she is even interested. Age appropriate men dont seem to treat her the way she wants and she said she loved how I treated my ex like a queen and she gets butterflies and "melts" when she sees me. BTW..shes on her way out of a living situation with her BD so no I wont house her.

Edit: She has 3 children and I have 2. Obviously mine are adults hers are not. I dont mind helping in that aspect but some will ask about future children. We are both done having children and are ok with that as I am snipped.

Edit 2:

So I got to talking to her today and seems this is a longer set of feelings for me then I had understood. Also the official connection is her cousin 28 is married to my ex stepdaughter. So shes not connected biologically to that mess.
