Topical cream/lotion help
Recovering from knee surgery, dealing with a lot of knee being tight and stiffness as I’m 2 months post surgery and doing PT. Does anyone have any recommendations on topical products to use or if any if the salve or lotion products deal with tightness or just pain? Any info helps. Thanks
