It’s seems to me that there is an ongoing debate as to whether a flat cage is suitable for long term wear - this is something I am planning to test for myself.
Let me first clarify how I define long term, for me, it doesn’t mean 24/7 - instead it means that I can wear it sustainably over a prolonged period, ensuring comfort but also denial.
I have tried other cages, and remarkably, even though I have a perfectly normal healthy 3in flaccid penis. I have found the flat cage to be the most comfortable I’ve worn so far (I think because I’m uncut, I found other cages less comfy), and plus I do use a strap to keep the base ring flush to my body.
So what will this look like in practice, first rule is my home is now a mandatory caged zone (included sleep time). The only exception is for going to the toilet (because it’s near impossible to go with a flat) and showering (re locking immediately once done for both), or if I’m going to out work or a social event. However, for things like going into town for groceries or getting a haircut, I must remain caged (primarily because I can go to the bathroom beforehand).
I am permitted to still tease myself, look at content, and engage in anal play for prostate stimulation (and health) - so long as cage stays on.
I think this is doable, but I wanted to post my self imposed plan here to get your views on it.
