[TW: Hypnosis] Feminist here… what’s the deal with hypnosis?
I’ve seen a bunch of posts on here about hypnosis, hypnotizing women to think they’re inferior, how hypnosis can DESTROY a person‘s feminism, etc.
The only thought that comes to mind is… huh? Hypnosis, like that stuff they do on cruises and at magic shows? Swinging a pocket watch in front of people? THAT’S supposed to do something? I’ve even looked at a couple of the hypnosis subreddits and they’re just flashing images and spirals that make you dizzy. I just wanna know, what am I missing here?
