Can using an ice pack or something similar for 15 mins or so and then taking a warm sitz bath for 15 mins as well help speed up the healing process of a Thrombosed Hemorrhoid or should I just keep sticking to warm sitz baths? I've been doing sitz baths for 3 to 4 times a day for the last week and I have seen no improvement and I haven't used the special ice packs for hemorrhoids in a few months. So I was just curious if doing ice and then warm will help it a lot.
