I just got this bubbler and I’m not sure if I’m burning it too

Hi!!

Please help idk what I am doing wrong if maybe the torch is too Fast like the heat is too high or maybe I should use a different glass bowl?? But it burns soo quickly. How do I smoke this bubbler or water bong?? Please help
