My wife frequently will allow me to free-use (not sure if that’s the proper term) her because she tired and understands I need to release. My problems are: I then try to rush it and have a hard time getting into a good rhythm to finish, and I feel rushed as well as selfish because I feel like I’m not reciprocating. Again, she’s perfectly fine with that but I still feel some kind of way. Am I being too selfish in wanting to take care of her even though her wish is to get me taken care of?

I’m not a selfish person in any other aspect, so it’s a little different for me to make a mental switch.
