19 m Posting it first time anywhere so this is a real story during covid i had put on 30 kgs. Due to my excessive sitting I also developed a cyst in my lower back(upper part of my buttcrack) called pilonidal cyst. This can only be treated using surgery but didn't require immediate surgery and could be delayed and i chose to delay it(covid). About a year later I felt like the cyst was expanding and getting worse so i got recommended to get an ultrasound.
The pathologist was a family friend So when I went to the clinic, the doctor greeted me and told me to relax and lay face down.
He then tried pulling my undies and pjs but was struggling and that's when I realised that I had decided to wear an underwear from when i was 30 kgs thinner a year back. He then asked me if I can remove my pjs and I was fine with that. He tried again but still failed. He then said nikalna padega and just took them right off and i was just so shocked and too stunned to speak.
Following that he told me to raise my butt and get on all fours and just started running the gel all over my back before doing the scan. Before leaving he just rubbed and a smack on my bare butt and said weight bhad gaya hai thoda and just left his assistant to help me clean up. Truly one of the most humiliating experiences ever but i dont know why i kinda liked it."

Hey 19m here. Since many people are allowed to stay nude at home in childhood but it eventually stops in early puberty but for me due to covid I was allowed to stay nude till 15. Since i didn’t go out much and almost no one came at home. Was I too late to start wearing clothes ? It honestly made me super uncomfortable when i had to start wearing them back.
