I just warmed up my stainless steel arc massager in a plastic container with some hot water and after having fun for about 9 minutes, I pulled it out to add more lube and found two black splotches where the massager was resting against the walls of the container. Is my toy still safe to use, even with the black splotches?
For more information, the water I used was steaming hot, mainly because my room is really cold and I had 20ish minutes of chores before I could play which meant (in my logic) that the toy would be nice and warm when I would use it. After submerging my toy, I did smell a very faint plastic-burning smell, the same as if you were ironing some clothes. The container itself was a generic 32oz white/opaque to-go soup container- not used or from an actual restaurant, just something I bought to pack my lunch.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that after washing the toy with warm soap and water, the black splotches didn't go away or fade.
