18 months vs 24 months, I am really losing hope of ever growing more than this
Started hrt at 17. I’m currently on weekly 4mg estradiol valerate, 100mg spiro twice/day. I was on prog for a few months and saw better growth possibly because of it (i also got my e into a good range after starting injections right about then so it could be that too) but I stopped due to depression concerns. I also am starting to have a DHT concern… Do I just need to eat more? I’m 5’11” 155lbs. Testosterone tests low, estrogen tests 200-500 range
