TLDR: I’ve been topping a guy consistently. His hole has seemingly changed shape/appearance. Could I be responsible (or alternatively I’m crazy/seeing things).

I know this may be a stupid question, but hear me out. I’ve been topping a guy the past few months and we probably have sex 3-4 times a week. I’m the first guy he’s ever slept with and before me he had never really even played with his ass.

We hooked up recently and as I was rimming him, I noticed that his hole looked like it changed shape. What I mean by this is that before his hole was much more of an “innie” while now it sticks out more and looks much more circular. Besides thinking it was hot, it just got me thinking whether him bottoming for me could have caused that.
