Is there anywhere in dc I can dance without having to apply, I applied online for some but I don’t expect to hear from them yet and everyone keep gatekeeping😭😭pls someone I’m tryna go today

So I live in Richmond, but it’s really dead here I plan on going to minx a mermaids in Virginia Beach to try to apply there, but I don’t know where to start when it comes to traveling. I’m a petite black girl and I’m always hearing mixed opinions about Maryland Baltimore, DC. Nc. Which one is better to go to which club specifically to Pay and just dance for the night does anybody know?
