So I’m back from vacation and I have felt the effects already. Loads of my friends think I’ve come back bigger. I have a lot of clothes now that don’t fit as well and basically stick to me. My double chin has gotten bigger and softer as well as noticeable differences to my thighs and belly. My appetite has only expanded and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Maybe I should have another vacation soon. I managed to put on 7 ibs whilst on holiday

Currently on holidays in Spain and it’s crazy now that I’ve gained weight. Poolside I look huge and I swear so much more. At the bars evrryone calls me a big man and all my friends were shocked to see my current size. I’ve been pigging out here and I feel it’s only going to keep getting worse. My friends wanted to go a run this morning so I thought I’d join in. I lasted two minutes and was sweating and panting so much I could barely breathe. Safe to say they kept running whilst I was in the bakery! Has anyone has similar experiences
