Twenty minutes. Two camera angles, One slightly nervous instructor. 😅
My first solo naturist fitness session is now live, featuring a warm-up, a bit of cardio, some yoga-inspired stretches, and a gentle cool-down.
Turns out exercising in your own skin is still easier than talking to a camera! 🌿💪
If you want any details DM me.

Running barefoot, laughing, and playing along the huge open stretch of the Lincolnshire coast felt incredibly freeing, and with hardly anyone else around, it was just us, nature, and that amazing sense of freedom.
Sometimes the simplest moments are the ones that make you feel most alive.

Anyone else ventured out into the garden today. The weather was amazing #worldnakedgardeningday
Switching off and stepping into nature is powerful, but shedding your clothes takes it to another level.
Naturism strips things back to basics. No screens, no pressure, no layers, just you, your body, and the natural world. Feeling the air, sun, and ground directly on your skin brings an immediate sense of presence that’s hard to find elsewhere. It quiets the mind, reduces stress, and shifts your focus away from how your body looks to how it actually feels.
There’s also a subtle mental reset. Without clothing acting as a social signal, self-consciousness fades. You feel more equal, more grounded, and more connected, to yourself and your surroundings.
Going off-grid is about unplugging. Going nude in nature is about fully reconnecting.
