How did dating change for you guys who stopped watching porn ans beating off,Got lean and stop eating bullshit and increased social skills?

Im 32 m So i gave up dating apps and i havent been out in a long time.
I havent had sex in a long time and in frustrated alot and just wanna socialize and be around woman

Any tips you guys have that dont require alcohol to be confident?
