I (50M) have known I am gay/bi since puberty, but it was because of the pressure to follow the norm that I went about the usual heterosexual lifestyle. I regularly sneak out whenever I can and I love glory holes and random hookups with men, but only for oral sex. I know it's wrong and selfish, but it's the one time I really feel like myself.
