Hello, I’m 20M and ended things with my girlfriend a couple of months ago. Since the breakup, I’ve finally started seeing other people, but I’m having trouble finishing during sex.
In my past relationship, I actually finished fairly quickly. Our routine usually involved foreplay and oral for her, followed by 5–10 minutes of penetration before I would climax. Now, during hookups, I’m lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. In some cases, I can’t finish at all without an extreme amount of effort. I find I have to focus intensely on trying to cum, while the sex feels good, the sensation just isn't the same as it was with my ex.
Has anyone else experienced this shift when moving from a long term partner to casual hookups? Any advice?
