Worried about going into pwd

So I’m starting to be in withdrawal now from mgm bcuz of lost packages. I have 2 grams of essar and I just ran to shop and bought mit 45 super k dropper and some pseudo tabs 6 count at 20 mg per tab . I’m super stressed out and scared . Can anyone please help explain what steps I should take? My father in law is in hospital for terminal cancer and I need to be with my wife and I feel like I’m gunna freak out . Plus how or when to introduce the pseudo?

I live in Boston and should have gotten my order yesterday and there’s zero updates on where it is thru ups )says it’s at a hub 2 miles away . I am wondering is does anyone know where I can buy mgm tabs in Boston area ? If not what eles can I buy ? I’ve hear pseudo helps w withdrawal. I know I can get 7 just not mgm .
