Any more tips on what to do to reduce hemorrhoid swelling
I've had a very small pea sized external hemorrhoid that will go back inside when it isn't inflamed and in pain. I haven't been able to get it to relax tho and every time it seems like im making progress on getting it to settle down no matter how soft my stool is it re-triggers it to get swollen again and resets my progress all over again. I have tried to get it to go away now for like 3 months and it will not stop swelling and hurting. I feel so discouraged, its not even a huge one and i can feel it hurting whenever i try to sit or lay on my back, i've tried several things like forces of nature, iodine pads, laying on my stomach, making sure my stool is soft, taking diosmin hesperidin and even kegels to trying and relax enough to push it back in but it wont stay in and just hurts all the time now. I only have prep H and copper supplements left from the list of things to try. If there is anything anyone can recommend to help out like a routine or anything else i'm up for anything. If i could get it removed i would but its not even that big.
