This is for ladies only sorry gentleman (unless you are a qualified gynaecologist or doctor!). I'm a 33F with PCOS (apparently, my diagnosis was a gynaecologist eyeballing me and saying "you're fat and you've got a bit of facial hair, definitely PCOS!"- all despite the fact that I've never had a cyst in my ovaries and my AMH level is extremely low at 0.9. I've always been on the heavier side unfortunately but this year I've finally gotten the motivation and willpower to tackle this obstacle face on. Can all of this be why I have no libido whatsoever, forgotten what it even feels like to even get in that mood? What am I missing?
