Some pictures from the sex and lifestyle convention

Was fortunate enough to have a booth at a local lifestyle convention back in Feb. got to show off some of my hand handmade floggers, paddles, and furniture.

Edit:
It’s been mentioned I don’t show progress pics which I will add later. But here is the relevant how I made info for the pieces.

The paddles are made from either walnut, maple, or padauk. I used a table saw to rough the wood to relative size. I then used my small bench top band saw to rough shape them. And then used a spindle and an orbital sander for the finishing before finishing them with Mineral oil as it is food and body safe and not at risk of any negative reactions unlike other finishes.
The epoxy paddes are the same, however, they are first placed in a plywood and tuck tape sealed box where epoxy is added.

The flogger handles are hand turned on a large 6’ bench top lathe using medium sized tools. Each handle is different and no templates are used. Each is as individual as your partners.

They are turned and sanded on the lathe. I then make the falls depending on size and material. Using various suedes, veg tanned leather and other materials. Sky is the limit. The material is held in place with epoxy in the handle hole and a brass pin.

The furniture is hand cut on a mitre saw, sanded with a RoS and then finished with either paint, wood stain, or fire.
The padding is high density furniture foam and marine vinyl. Held in place with upholstery staples. Often done by my very talented wife.

I felt like I hit the jackpot when I doubt this red and black patterned marine vinyl for $4 a yard I. The clearance bin. Immediately bought all they had.
