So i have both phimosis and frenulum breve, my phimosis got a lot better in the last months and I don't want to take off my skin so i was thinking of doing a frenuloplasty. I also have fear when i stretch just because of the frenulum (when erect). Someone did it? How does it feel now? Steroid creams helped a lot for the phimosis, I'm not a doctor and i know a lot of people say to not use them but tbh they saved me, used 2 weeks/20days and then stopped, conserved my results with stretching, every 2 month i do another cicle of 15 days just to not force it.

So for how long should i use cream? I used it for 20 days now I'm 20 days off and it helped A LOT. Stretching+ cream was incredible for me. While i was using cream i got better but i thought that it was just because of the cream but now the positive effects remained and i got better. Since a week ago i had some problems with the first stretch in the morning, now I'm completely okay even in the morning and when it's not hard. When it's hard i can go down like at half of the glans (i don't know if i wrote it right). How much should i wait to use cream again? For how long? There's some stretching exercises that y'all reccomend (cause right now i just pull skin off)? I have frenulum breve there's some stretching exercises for it? I'm okay if the operation is for the frenulum but I don't want to cut my foreskin. Sometimes i stop stretching just because i fear that it can tear but in reality I don't feel pain.

So i started stretching normally 3 months ago, i can retract completely when soft without problems but when it's hard is like a type 2/3. Two days ago my doctor gave me this cream (OVIXAN). I think I'll use it for 4 weeks cause then i saw it can cause damage to the skin. Do y'all think i can cure it alone without circumcision in my condition?
