hello all, I'm going to have sex with a girl real soon, I'm able to retract my foreskin all the way back while I'm flacid, but it gets stucked behind and it has that rubber band thingy - I can also get stretch all the way back while I'm semi erect, but the same rubber band ring issue, I need to manual do some twisting to get my foreskin back up.

when I'm fully erect, I can take my head out 80 to 85 percent, before i couldn't even take 50 percent out, I started applying steroid cream on it, everyday, twice a day, and strech for sometime, I think I'm seeing good results but not sure.

now for the sex part - will I be able to have sex comfortably with a condom? I don't want it to pull my foreskin back while we are having sex and I'm stucked back there, will condom stop it from moving a lot? and will i feel good, need advice pls

Hello all, I just retracted my foreskin for the first time earlier today however when I did so I was flaccid, and I haven't tried it whilst erect yet but I know it's a lot more difficult for me to do it when erect. So, I'm asking you what is the next step for me, to be able to fully cure my phimosis?

So i have both phimosis and frenulum breve, my phimosis got a lot better in the last months and I don't want to take off my skin so i was thinking of doing a frenuloplasty. I also have fear when i stretch just because of the frenulum (when erect). Someone did it? How does it feel now? Steroid creams helped a lot for the phimosis, I'm not a doctor and i know a lot of people say to not use them but tbh they saved me, used 2 weeks/20days and then stopped, conserved my results with stretching, every 2 month i do another cicle of 15 days just to not force it.

Hi everyone, this is really embarrassing to talk about haha but I just would like to know. I've always been hesitant to get my foreskin to retract, since these days it can't go further than the Corona glandis (which I think mine is large when I'm erect? I don't know though since I've never been able to actually see the full tip exposed. I also would like to add that when I was a kid (6-9 years old) I had an incident where my foreskin retracted for the first (and only) time but it was really thick, red, and sore, and after a few hours I fixed it but since then I've never been able to get it back.

Can you guys please let me know if I have phimosis or do I just have to get used to getting the skin back?

Oh no! I mutilated myself! I cut off a ton of nerve endings! It doesn’t matter that *checks notes* my tight foreskin caused painful erections, put me at an increased risk of UTIs, and made it impossible for me to use condoms!

I didn’t even bother with stretching exercises! I got rid of an important body part with self lubricating abilities even though *checks notes* having severe phimosis makes the foreskin unable to lubricate effectively!

What a nightmare!*

Last post was removed not sure why. I’m worried my foreskin was damaged. I can get it about 1/2 way down when hard and have been stretching with two fingers in the foreskin for 10 min using just regular moisturizing lotion. Is it salvageable?

I can pull back successfully when I am flaccid, but when I have an erection, a tight band suffocates my erect P, thereby giving an hourglass shape or waist type shape.

How do I fix this issue?

I have a question, has anybody tried novaglan and had real results ? Their page don’t look trustworthy to me some way but I feel like that product is the perfect one for me don’t want to spend that much just to find out it’s a waste of money. I need a before and after and people showing them using it. Because if it’s that good why is no one else talking about it
