I can pull back successfully when I am flaccid, but when I have an erection, a tight band suffocates my erect P, thereby giving an hourglass shape or waist type shape.

How do I fix this issue?

I have almost fixed my phimosis except this part.

When I try to retract my foreskin in erect state, it forms hourglass in the middle, which leads to a tight white band appearance, squeezing my penis.

Right now, I am doing a 2 min, 2 finger stretch with 1 min frenulum stretch (I have a little bit of it)

How should I proceed now?

How much time will it take to fix this condition?

Please guide.
