Need advice mounting a suspended chair to basement ceiling joists
This is the ceiling of my basement. I am looking to install a swing for my wife, however, I am not sure where to start. (This is the first time I've ever done something like this)
I own the house so I can make any modifications needed.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
The swing I was looking at was a Belsiang swing from amazon.
The measurements are as follows:
Length of each beam:13ft long
Length between each beam: Roughly 18 inches
Thickness of each beam: 1 & a half inches
