When to douche when on a date
I haven't been in this situation in many, many years because I've been in a monogamous relationship. In a relationship, you'll be hanging out at home, and if things are heating up, you excuse yourself to go douche. It's understandable and not embarrassing because you and your partner are comfortable around each other.
When hooking up, you obviously douche before he comes over or before you go over.
But what about on a date? If the plan is to go out for a drink and then come back to one of your places for sex, too much time would pass between couching and sex for it to still be effective if you do it before the date. And it sounds incredibly embarrassing to excuse yourself to go douche in front of a guy if it's your first date. How do y'all do it? Please don't say "I don't need to douche," if that's your situation, good for you, but I always need to douche.
