It's the final issue of June. You know what that means. That's right! It's time for an issue of the Catalogue revolving around princesses and nobility. You know, June things.

The Trials and Tribulations of Loving Princesses

As you can see, I once again cannot leave well enough alone. Last year, you were given the choice of two paths. This year, I've brought in a new way to modify our challenges: trials. I'm really happy with how these came out and hope you enjoy them too as extra optional modifiers to the challenges.

With this, we bring season 17 to a close. A season of losing heroines, dungeon crawls, and now beautiful nobles. I had a lot of fun personally, getting to try out multiple new ideas and bringing the Cracks to an end along with releasing the Nikke issue. Exciting stuff.

But do not despair the end of season 17. Instead, let's look forward to season 18 and all of the crazy stuff we've got waiting for you there. If I may be so bold, I think we've got some prototypical issues on the horizon.

In honor of the World Cup, we thought we'd get into the spirit of things with some sports. Ah, sports. I love it when the sports players go on the sports field in order to play some good old sports.

In a slightly more serious note, this issue seemed like a pretty good fit to coincide with the World Cup. For those of you who are unaware, this was a fun arena game that got a pretty big push a few years ago when several streamers like Ludwig and Alpharad all got viewers to play as part of a big launch event. the game was pretty fun and had some cool characters, but ultimately couldn't find an audience.

However, we can still immortalize it here. So feel free to lose yourself in Juno's softness, have fun with Juliette, or get your head crushed by whatever part of Asher you prefer. We hope you enjoy and have a great weekend.

Working on this really made me think about and reflect on the catalogue as a whole. How far we've come and how many different forms the catalogue could've taken, yet we are in the timeline where this is its form. From flashes of brilliance to well-meaning, the catalogue has been shaped by all of us. The authors who make and edit the issues. The commenters who share their builds, their praise, and their criticism. Even the lurkers who just by reading and upvoting, inspire us to keep going as they remind us people enjoy this.

Man, something about this is making me even more contemplative than the 200th issue did.

I very much hope you have enjoyed the wild ride. A shout out to my fellow authors who helped correct my numerous spelling and grammar errors as well as who heard me say "what if we did a dungeon crawler in our Waifu picker CYOA?" and let me do it. I won't rule out a 4th installment, but there aren't plans for it at the moment.

We continue our preparation for the delve into the Cracks with a brand new flavor for this mini series: magical girls. After all, if you're going to fight extradimensional terrors, you need magical girls by your side. It's just the rules.

This is one of those series that I appreciated watching. I don't think it was great, but not because it was boring. It's one of those cases of the high highs being balanced by the low lows that I still found myself being charmed by. Also, my favorite season is the third which is why Carol got to take the 7th slot.

Too Many Losing Heroines Special!

Hello everyone! We are now 10% of the way through the 200's. Man, what a wild ride it's been. And everyone knows what you get a catalogue for the tenth-iversary. That's right, it's an issue all about reaffirming the importance of love and care for people in a world that increasingly feels cruel and unkind. I'm glad you all said that with me in that exact phrasing.

This is an issue that I wrote back when the titular anime was airing, and I'm happy to finally get the chance to release it. I think we've got some obscure characters and some heavily desired ones. The whole idea came from the fact that we have challenge issues that require perks, challenge issues that require Waifus, and now we have one that requires Transdimensional Transport Passes. We hope that all of our dear readers enjoy this challenge and had a great April. I look forward to seeing you for an even better May.
