I’m coked up for the first time in like a year and a half. 7oh and ketamine for the comedown. What’s going on boys?

I’ve seen a couple posts about getting onto subs but couldn’t find any info about being on sublocade or Brixadi and stacking M. Will it send me into WD? PWD? Anybody have experience with this?

I’m a former 7oh user and on Brixadi. I recently ordered some mgm15 which I’m aware is a horrible idea to start back on but I was wondering if the M will break through the Brixadi or if I should wait for the shot to wear off before my first dose? Thanks
