Money management tips
Well I just realized I’ve made $60k so far this year…aside from new furniture and staying well on top of repairs I haven’t gotten ahead on my mortgage or anything like I should…I’d like to do that and I’d also like to invest..
What do you do? I want to retire early, I will make a decent amount on an inheritance someday but I want to do more…I just got some new really great regulars so I intend to do much better by the end of the year. I owe $110k on my mortgage, it’s not crazy to say I can start getting that paid off, and $9k on my car so if I don’t pay that off soon I’m crazy and doing something wrong. This is my first time ever making my own money, so I’m forgiving myself for not doing better already, but it ends here. All advice is appreciated 🤗
Also literally just today spent $2k on all new outdoor furniture..so I gotta stop lol
