I’m a 48-year-old guy based in the South West, though I spend a lot of time working away—usually around London and the surrounding areas. Life on the road can get pretty lonely, and I’m hoping to find someone genuine to connect with.
I’m married with a teenage son and grown-up stepdaughters (and even a few grandchildren in the mix), so life has definitely been full and eventful. That said, relationships evolve, and mine has become more of a friendship over time. I think that happens sometimes when people grow in different directions.
I’m not looking to “fix” anything or complicate life—just someone I can talk to openly. Someone to share the ups and downs with, be completely honest with, and who’d appreciate the same in return. A proper connection where we can support each other, listen, laugh, and just be real.
It would be great to meet someone around my age or older, with a bit of life experience and emotional maturity—ideally someone who understands what it’s like to feel a bit stuck or disconnected at times.
