Cobra S / Ring size advice – escape issues despite seemingly correct fit
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice regarding fit and possible escape issues with my current chastity setup.
I’m using a Kink3D Cobra S with a size 5 ring.
My measurements are:
- Base girth (at the root of scrotum): ~53 mm relaxed
- If I tighten the scrotal skin: ~50–51 mm
Cage dimensions (overall feel is fine):
- Shaft diameter: ~36 mm
- Head diameter: ~38 mm
- Length: ~7–8 cm (depending on temperature / shrinkage)
Overall, the cage itself feels comfortable and I don’t really have issues with it.
However, I can sometimes still pull out by manually manipulating the skin near the base and slightly shifting the cage position forward/downwards. It only works with effort (not in a normal flaccid state), but it is still possible.
I’m fairly confident that my 14 mm ball gap is too large and contributes to this issue, so I’m planning to size down to a size 4 ring.
What I’m unsure about is whether this is enough, or if I would actually need a size 3 ring for a more secure fit.
However, I’m hesitant to invest in multiple rings just to test, especially because I’m not sure whether reducing ring size or increasing thickness would actually prevent this type of “manual pull-out” (when the cage is tilted forward/downwards and I use the skin to work it free).
So my main questions are:
- Is going from size 5 to size 4 likely enough in my case, or is size 3 more realistic for security?
- Or is this more of a geometry / ball-gap issue rather than ring size alone?
- Would a tighter/thicker ring actually prevent this kind of forward-tilt assisted escape, or is that mostly unrelated to ring diameter?
- Or any On-demand recommandations (Curved XD)?
Would really appreciate any input from people who’ve had similar issues wth Kink3D devices.
Thanks!
