For those that have fully healed and mature piercings, I’m curious how long you can go without jewelry.

I had my nipples done about a month ago at 12g (no plans to stretch). I’m not planning on taking them out, I’m aware of the healing timeline and all that, I’m just asking about down the road. I have several different piercings and each one can be different, even when fully healed and years later, with how long you can leave your jewelry out for. I had a labret at one point that would start closing within 30 minutes or so even 2-3 years after having it done.

What should my expectation be for nipple piercings?
