Size up Question
Does anyone have any advice on how/when to size up? I’ve had the same gauge rings for 3 years now and I’d like to start sizing them up. What is the general rule of thumb for nipple piercings.

I love my nipple pierce so much
However, the hole length is 10mm, which is quite long. I’m considering wearing a ring-shaped one, but it might be a bit challenging.
