I wonder if there are others out there who enjoy and/or pursue similar things.

One, I have been taking SSRIs to suppress my ability to orgasm. My desire is to be a willing sex partner for my wife, i.e. I get hard, I fuck her, but I cannot orgasm. The extension of this is to suppress my testosterone to suppress my libido, and to use injectable ED medication (Caverject) to chemically create an erection to have sex with her. The fantasy extreme is to get an inflatable penile implant and neurolysis so that my penis is without any sensation but I can get hard on command and service her.

I have been undergoing other such changes affecting my urinary incontinence, but that's for another post.

So, who can relate?
