15 years in as a lifestyle and pro domme and new into the online findom space. A lot of insights..Some of it good. A lot of it honestly not.

The thing that bothers me most isn't the new Dommes. It's what happens to them when they get here. They show up with real instincts, real power, real potential and instead of finding a community that helps them figure it out they either get ignored or quietly copied from or just... left to figure it out alone. By women who should know better. And then they make mistakes. They undercharge because nobody told them not to. They overtalk because nobody taught them the value of silence. They burn out in six months because they built something on the wrong foundation and genuinely had nobody around to catch it before it collapsed. And somehow that becomes "new Dommes ruining the industry" when actually what ruined it was experienced women deciding scarcity was safer than generosity. Which, I get it. But still.

Here's what I actually believe after all this time.

When a newer Domme is well mentored she sets better standards. She filters better. She holds her prices. She builds something that lasts. That raises the floor for everyone not just her. A rising tide and all that. The inconsistency in this space, the wildly different standards, the race to the bottom on pricing, the subs who bounce between five Dommes in a week because none of them held a line... that's not a new Domme problem. That's a community problem. We built it by not building each other.I'm not saying pour your entire playbook into every woman who just made an account. Boundaries exist and I respect that. But there's a lot of space between handing someone your client list and just answering a genuine question when someone asks you something.

Subs will always try to exploit inconsistency. That's just what they do. The only way that stops working is if we're consistent enough that there's nothing left to exploit. That starts with us actually having each other's backs.

Anyway. That's where I've landed on it. Curious if anyone else has been sitting with this too.

Currently interviewing for a new set of devotees. Only a handful will qualify.
