Girlfriend used hall pass for a year without letting me know

First post here. A little background, my gf and I have been together for a few years. At some point we discussed hall passes and very lightly agreed to them without really agreeing to them over text one day.
Flash forward a couple years later, things were getting a little bit odd, I go on a work trip, and when I get back my neighbor lets me know that there was a guy at my house with my gf all week. To protect my neighbor I don't say anything but hint that I know something to my gf. She denies almost everything.
A few weeks later I have to leave for work again. I log into our indoor camera that we really never use and hear here talking to a guy in the house. Things blow up and it becomes a mess that night. However, at the end of the night it boils down to her telling me that she was using her hall pass, and found one guy she's been sleeping with for a while, but felt awkward telling me she was going to have sex with somebody else.
She comes clean about most everything. Explains that they would meet and fuck in the back of their cars, he was at the apartment a few times, she really loves having sex with him and how aggressive he is and everything. I tell her she can have sex with him again while I'm gone, but then it has to stop so we can work on our relationship. She ended up taking me up on the offer, went and met him, fucked him, came on his cock, and went and got dinner.
Now I'm in this weird space where I'm not upset that she was fucking somebody else (honestly find it kind of hot), but that she lied about it. I debate reinstating her hall pass for the guy who was basically her bull, but not sure if it's just going to make things bad between us. It's something I think about a lot, especially while horny, and debate if I am simply thinking with the wrong head haha.
