Receiving a massage from a former co-worker

A former co-worker, he left the company a couple years ago, now has his own business offering massage, waxing treatments, facials, etc. He advertises on RM and approximately 80% of his pictures are of his torso in his underwear including a couple pictures of him in a leather jock, a cock pic, a pic of his cock resting on a "clients" face, a couple face shots and a couple pictures of his studio. For a while he had a picture of a massage guy with three or four phallic like attachments meant for specific areas of the body. While we worked together it was only for a couple hours a day as our shift overlapped. I knew he was gay and he knew that I was gay. I find him attractive but I have no idea what he thinks of me. If I had to rate him I would rate him higher than me. We would joke around at work and maybe even do some subtle flirting but that is hard to tell sometimes with gay men joking about sex and being catty. He obviously offers "sensual" massages as well as other services. I would love to get a massage from him, I hear he is actually good at it, and if it goes further all the better. I've reached out to him to see how business is doing and mentioned that I need to make an appointment and come it. He responded positively along with a list of his legit services. If I end up making an appointment should I strip down completely or leave my underwear on? Should I specify that I want a sensual/erotic massage or simply say massage? Should I give him some hints while on the table or just wait and see. He knows that I am married but he doesn't know that we are open in these situations. I have no idea what his relationship status is nor do I care.

Rush headaches

I used to get bad headaches when I used Rush so naturally I stopped. That was years ago and I want to try the Black Label Rush but I'm hesitant. Have others experienced headaches related to Rush? I don't seem to have a problem with any other poppers label.
