Could I perhaps get high off of these?

I wanted to know if it was possible to get high off of Hydrochloride tablets and if so how many does it take?

First time doing lean and Need help

I wanted to try lean and I don’t know what medicine brand (us) to use and what amount of medicine/soda is good to drink. Also how much is too much, what is the tastiest soda to try this with and how do you measure the amount?
