could i take 1mg of xanax tonight then 10mg vyvanse in the morning ? i know they have very opposite effects so im wondering if id be okay and if the xanax would cancel out the effects of the vyvanse.

i just restarted vyvanse and the 10mg doesn’t affect me at all. i felt effects around 30mg when i last started taking it

I’ve only touched meth a few times in my life. I’m early 30s. I’m having a bit of hallucinations nothing really bad but I need to sleep I assume. It’s 8:30pm for me. Did about 4 little lines today only. Last line was at around 12-1pm. I have an appointment at 10:30am tomorrow. If I go to bed in an hour or 2 if able, would it make sense for me to be able to wake up at 10:30? I can’t miss this appointment but I don’t want to stay awake any longer. My only alarm clock is my phone right now so I’m worried I’m gonna be dead to the world and miss my alarm. I have eaten a ham and turkey sandwich. Been drinking a lot of waters this morning and throughout the day. Had a thing of electrolytes too. Please let me know if I should try and sleep but I’ve heard people sleep for a whole day or 2. I only ever did one more binge and it was the first time I did it. I didn’t really have but a water bottle or two the whole first 4 days. I ate half a sandwich by the 4th day and had a cheeseburger. Today I had a sandwich and waters. I also hit the pipe for the first time during the binge. I mainly snorted though.

I need to go impatient to come off of methamphetamine, and I’m prescribe Xanax and I take it as prescribed. It’s not an issue, but I know that I will not be allowed to take it while I’m impatient. I have a severe fear of vomiting and I heard that Xanax withdrawal can cause vomiting and I’m petrified. It’s the only thing holding me back. Does anybody have any insight on if Xanax withdrawal will make me vomit? I know there’s not a definite answer but could just use some feedback, thanks.

Today I tried pregabalin for the first time; I intended to use it recreationally, so I took about 300 mg. After an hour or two, I hadn't felt anything out of the ordinary—just some dizziness and slight lack of coordination.

Is there any way to achieve a more intense effect? Should I increase the dose?

The psych provided my girl a temporary Ativan script for flight anxiety and to make it through a long flight, but she already had a kpin script for panic attacks which basically neutralizes her already. Not really sure why she got written the other script and her psych seems a little clueless tbh (prescribed her kpins knowing she just got out of rehab… I gotta lock those up for when she really needs em or ykw happens lol), so really struggling to understand why she was given Ativan when she already had kpins and know they work. My girl didn’t ask the psych why of course 🤦‍♂️ so tryna figure out if any of yall might have an idea if Ativan would be better for a flight for some reason or if this doc is just kinda retarded which would check. Did some research but didn’t really get much insight. Kpins def seem the more fun route lol.

when i was in addiction taking 1mg bars a day of clobromazolam i didnt even know that i was impaired all this time i thought everything was okay and this is just for my anxiety. i look back on old messages and .. it wasnt me at all. i acted so manipulatative and weird and edgy and embarassing. when me and my bf got into a fight i would literally come up with slurred paragraphs that meant nothing, or accusations of him doing all these things in the meanest way possible. and i said im gonna cut myself multiple times. why would i say that. i would never do any of this when i was sober?
but also how did he always go with it? how did he never notice lol notice that wasnt me and how odd i was acting for four months straight 😬

i cant beleive how much i put him through every message was a slur, every message made no sense or it was about 12-15 seperate texts about me obsessing over him telling the same things over and over but just in lots of different sentences while he was at work or couldnt answer me.

why does benzos do this? is it because you have no like barrier for things anymore? why did it make me into that? is that how i am deep down ? can someone explain this in scientific words please i really want to know
