What is the secret to being clean?
I eat well, low fat, low carbs, greens, fruit, whole grains, I take psyllium husk every night. During the day I make so much. At night when I want to stretch I have to clean for an hour. It's really never clear unless it's at night and I clean for a long time. By then my ass is worn out
I thought maybe too much fiber but without it or less, it's worse. More fiber is worse. I take 1 tbsp every night
